Pathfinder and Cobra Commander attempt to escape a Jungle safely when both crash during a battle.

The DiC run dropped the Sunbow-era public-service spots in favor of leaner, plot-driven endings. Continuity nods to the Sunbow era appear when convenient and are sidelined when the toy slate of the moment took priority. Morality plays remain, but the editorial voice is tighter.

1. DiC Season 1 (1990 to 1991). 19 episodes. The DiC era ran on a tighter budget than Sunbow, with simpler animation, dropped public-service spots, and shorter character arcs. Voice cast was largely Canadian, replacing the Hollywood-Sunbow regulars.
